Contabo company details.

The data controller is OPCoach SARL, represented by Olivier Prouvost. Both forms collect your email address, full name and company. A phone number and message are optional when following BrainMotor’s development and required for a project enquiry.

  • The contact form is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a discussion about your project. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or OPCoach’s legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries.
  • The interest form allows OPCoach to contact you about BrainMotor developments. It is based on your consent, provided through an unticked checkbox. It does not automatically create an account or subscribe you to a third-party service.
  • Your IP address may be used temporarily in memory to limit abusive submissions. The contact service does not log contact details or message content.

Enquiries are sent to the designated BrainMotor mailboxes. They are available only to authorised OPCoach staff and, where required for delivery or hosting, its technical providers. Contact details are neither sold nor transferred to third parties for their own marketing.

Prospect data may be retained for three years from collection or the person’s most recent contact. Data used solely by the in-memory abuse-prevention mechanism expires after ten minutes. Information may be archived for longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Send your request to olivier.prouvost@brainmotor.ai.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL). Visit the CNIL website.

The current website places no tracking cookies and includes no audience-measurement tool. Hosting may generate technical logs required for security and operation. This information will be updated before access statistics or new trackers are enabled.
